Downtown, Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Gym & Skyline View

We booked this property to spend time with our family of 12 in Austin, Texas. The house had enough bedrooms for the adults and bunk beds and a pull out sofa for the grandchildren. The pool and spa were great for relaxing after a busy day out exploring. We only cooked breakfasts in the kitchen and everything we needed was available. There were even snacks in a basket on the counter. There are coffee beans and a grinder provided. Rachel was great offering early check in when our plans for that day were were interrupted because of rain overnight. The house is in a neighborhood but the back of the house faces the city ( great views of the city) so there is typical city noise. The hosts are evidently aware as ear plugs are provided. We found the house to be in a great location to do things close to the city, especially for dining out in the evening. We did have a couple of mechanical issues and Rachel addressed them as soon as we contacted her.

Great rental

We rented this house for our family's Christmas celebration, and it was the perfect rental experience. The house is in wonderful condition, spacious and well-kept. The beds (all kings!) were comfy. The kitchen is large and stocked with spices and extra items you might need to cook. The backyard is perfect for entertaining and enjoying the downtown view. The house is in a good location, and within walking distance to several excellent restaurants and a well-stocked convenience store. The hike and bike trail is nearby, and downtown Austin is a short drive. The hosts are excellent communicators and responded quickly to my questions. We would definitely rent this house again.

Our recent stay at this VRBO property was truly remarkable, earning a well-deserved five stars! Nestled in the heart of Austin, this home offered the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Inside, the home was breathtaking. The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed us to enjoy the picturesque views of downtown. The kitchen was a chef's dream, with plenty of space for cooking and entertaining.One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor area. The back yard was perfect for enjoying the stunning city skyline, and the pool/spa was warm, clean, and looked like a luxury resort. The location of this property was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions, shopping, and dining. Despite being close to everything, the home was a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.Overall, this VRBO property exceeded our expectations in every way.
