Location of the house on lake is nice, hot tub and dock are a plus. However you can’t use the fire pit because of a burn ban. The house is supplied pretty nicely and the neighborhood is nice. Lots of deer and balconies and patio was relaxing. The only thing that disturbed us was many soiled spots on the carpet and balconies were full of pollen and needed to be cleaned.
